Christian Kromme was an innovative tech-entrepreneur for 15 years until he discovered the DNA behind disruptive innovation and how to use this to predict the next big wave of technological disruption.
Now Christian is one of the most in-demand futurist keynote speakers, speaking in front of hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs, business leaders and policymakers about the radical impact of disruptive technologies on humans and organisations.
During the search to aid his daughter’s health, Christian Kromme discovered a unique wave pattern in the development of living cells and biological organisms. Living cells and biology solve problems in the same order as humans and technology do.
The human body is a coherent community of over 37 trillion cells that work together in harmony. These cells are highly intelligent, and they have many things in common with human beings.Living cells solve problems in the same way as humans beings do. The only difference is that cells use biological systems to build organisms, and human beings use technological systems to build organisations. The wave patterns he discovered also form a blueprint for the disruptive technology trends that we see around us today; the patterns are even able to predict future technology trends.
Christian is the author of the Amazon best-selling book “Humanification – Go Digital, Stay Human ‘. In this book, Christian focuses on the fascinating parallels between biology and technology. The waves of technological innovations that follow each other in rapid rate are in fact no coincidence. The book Humanification ‘helps managers, entrepreneurs, and investors anticipate and navigate in an extremely rapidly changing world full of disruptive innovations and exponential technologies.
In addition to speaking, Christian is working on the ‘Go Digital, Stay Human’ documentary and he holds a position as a board member at the Kronos Workforce Institute EMEA, The Human Genome Foundation and other tech start-ups.
In 2002, Christian founded his own agency (Artificial Industry), the agency facilitated disruptive technologies, ideas and incubator solutions for big brands such as Randstad, Oracle, Philips, Toyota, Auping, and Adidas, Bjorn Borg, Endemol, Rabobank, Corio, EyeWorks, ABP among others. As an executive advisor Christian stood at the cradle of several successful disruptive initiatives, often spin-outs in completely different industries but always focused on the interface between humans and technology. Christian and his agency have received several nominations and awards for its innovative vision and people-oriented approach, including Shell LiveWIRE Young Business Award SAN Award, Gold Award hooking, Red Herring Top100, Broos van Erp Prize, and many others. In 2014, Christian sold his agency to a multinational company so he could focus on giving presentations and workshops about disruptive innovation and exponential technologies.
Christian Kromme takes you on a journey through our exponentially changing world where increasing disruptive technologies and business models provide a massive shift of power towards the consumer.
