The Dynamics of Change

"It's been almost a year since you spoke to Ken Werner's group at Warner Bros. Domestic TV Distribution. I wanted to let you know that you had a profound impact on me and my department. We were experiencing some fundamental shifts as is related to what the company expected from its Media Research Department. You presented one slide that made all the difference for us. It was the slide that showed the need to move from "Data/Information" to Insight/Intelligence.
