Making Meetings Magic

Think of how many hours we all spend in meetings. Then think how magnificent it would be if every single one was purposeful and powerful – sharing information, making decisions, identifying actions – but just without there being so many of them, or them taking so long!

Every meeting is a priceless opportunity to surprise ourselves with just how much we can achieve together.

This session provides the opportunity to think about what makes effective, productive and fun meetings, and gives you the ideas and tools to make that happen.

How to be a Productivity Ninja

Many of us are overwhelmed, and struggle with the constant distractions we face in our work. Information overload is a big problem. Juggling productivity and wellbeing successfully is a challenge.

It’s no longer enough to just focus on “time management”: it’s time to think about how you manage your attention and focus, your projects and actions, your choices and habits.

A Productivity Ninja™ is calm and prepared, but also skilled and ruthless in how they deal with the many enemies of productivity and wellbeing.

Stress Less - Achieve More

Tips and tricks to implement a simple, fool proof system to organise and define your work.

How to deal with interruptions, paperwork, ideas and information – and how to sift it all for the important stuff, define actions, get organised and stay in control.

You’ll reduce stress by eliminating those nagging feelings of doubt, guilt and overload panic, and replace them with a focused, playful, purposeful and productive momentum.

I have never seen so many employees so enthused about implementing ideas and discovering new concepts proposed in a workshop before.
