Dr Ivtzan is a positive psychologist, a senior lecturer, and the program leader of MAPP (Masters in Applied Positive Psychology) at the University of East London (UEL). He is also an honorary senior research associate at University College London (UCL).

Over the past 15 years, Dr Itai Ivtzan has run wellbeing and mindfulness training courses, seminars, lectures, workshops and retreats throughout the UK and around the world, for various organisations, educational institutions and private events. He is an expert in workplace wellbeing and mindfulness programmes. Itai is a regular keynote speaker at conferences focusing on the topics of mindfulness, resilience and wellbeing. Itai Ivtzan strongly believes that mindfulness meditation has the power to change individuals and organisations for the better.
