•       What can we, as individuals, do to understand and transform this conflict?

•       Are we being woken up to a deeper meaning and message?

•       How do we find harmony and balance in a crazy world?

Jane Gunn helps people in all walks of life to become ReSolutionaries. Teaching them the basic skills of mediation, she enables people to deal with difference and diversity in ways that are non-adversarial and solution focused.

•       Tensions with family members

•       Internal conflict created by the times we are living in

Jane has worked with organisations large and small including Cable & Wireless, The NHS, BAA, Bacardi- Martini, McLaren Racing, The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, ACCA and many more

Jane’s skill is in getting people

•       Talking about what matters most – both to them and to their organisation

•       Motivated, energised and committed to what needs to happen next

Her approach is both interactive and fun.

The Magic Of Conflict

We live and work in a world of increasing interconnectedness and rapid change, and because of this there is a growing need to improve the way people work together.

Getting collaboration right promises tremendous benefits but despite the number of initiatives and millions of pounds spent on trying to improve collaboration, very few organisations are happy with the results.

There are several reasons for this but the primary one is that breakdowns in collaboration and teamwork almost always result from fundamental differences – in other words from conflict.

What people need most is not a strategic goal or corporate vision or training in teamwork. What they need is a fast and cost effective way to identify and resolve the inevitable conflicts without demonising or blaming others and before any of the dysfunctional behaviours that people instinctively resort to start to manifest.

In this talk Jane will address why we need to both acknowledge and actively manage conflict AND to see it as the MAGIC ingredient in our efforts to work things out together.

How To Be A ReSolutionary leader In A Disruptive Age

As the world in which we live becomes increasingly focused on the global unrest created by the rise of a pandemic virus, racial inequality, terrorism, climate change, financial instability and more, people everywhere are dealing with both the external and internal sense of conflict, constant fear and uncertainty this is creating and many are asking:

• What can we, as individuals, do to understand and transform this conflict?
• Are we being woken up to a deeper meaning and message?
• How do we find harmony and balance in a crazy world?

In this talk Jane will address how you can become a ReSolutionary Leader in a disruptive age, ready to inspire and motivate others to resolve conflicts and embrace collaboration in the face of crisis in your organization, community and family.

Corona Bonus

Jane has developed a new presentation – Corona Bonus – an interactive speech or master class available via online presentation for leaders and senior executives.

The Covid19 crisis is creating an upsurge in tension, conflicts and disputes in and between organisations of all sizes. It is also having a significant impact on relationships at home and at work as people get used to new ways of working, remote team management and the impact on schooling.
Key themes revolve around making decisions and resolving conflict in high stakes situations.
In this talk Jane will address
• Why every organisation needs Rapid Conflict Resolution now
• Why Having a Plan or System in Place is the Key
• How to encourage Personal Accountability of Staff
Jane challenges organisations to stay ahead of the curve by up-skilling staff to accept, acknowledge and actively manage conflict and so save the cost and time of formal complaints and damaged relationships.

From Black and White To P. I. N. K.

In a complex world many of us are schooled in or drawn to the simplicity of black and white thinking – to see things as true or false, right or wrong. As a lawyer turned mediator Jane has made the journey from black and white thinking to learn a different way of negotiating, problem-solving and communicating.

In this talk aimed at business leaders, senior executives and entrepreneurs, Jane will explore:

• Why black and white thinking is outdated
• Where rigid and rule-bound thinking lets us down
• How integrative thinking can set us free to be better leaders

Jane came to Dubai in April 2019 to give a speech entitled 'A Journey From Head To Heart' in celebration of International Women’s Day on invitation of the UAE Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Jane drew an audience in excess of 50 women in ADR. She provided a candid and engaging insight, tackling the subject with elegance and sophistication. She was able not only to talk about her past, positive and challenging experiences, with a touch of humour, but to provide feasible approaches to advancing the profession to support gender equality. A thought leader in international mediation, she tested perceptions and moved the audience to thinking differently about how to overcome personal and professional barriers in what can be seen as a hard male dominated industry. It made for a truly inspirational and empowering speech that touched the hearts of her audience.

UAE Chartered Institute of Arbitrators

I have known Jane for more than twenty years, ever since 1999 when she came to the United Nations to speak at our meetings on finding solutions to the Y2K problem, which I had been asked to chair. I have followed her work ever since, including writing the forward to her popular book “How to Beat Bedlam In The Boardroom And Boredom In The Bedroom”. She is a thought-provoking leader in the field of conflict resolution, and inspires others to take action based on her belief that conflict is a necessary and indeed “magic” ingredient in business and in life.

United Nations

I have found your video training very useful. It has given me some great tools to approach a company issue I am currently dealing with. I saw one of your talks around 4 years ago when you gave a brilliant performance. Keep sharing your valuable material. I would have no hesitation in recommending you for conflict resolution or speaking opportunities when they arise.

Jane has worked with us many times over the last 4 years and on each occasion has used her skills and tools to enable staff to see challenges with a fresh perspective. Jane’s calm and positive lens on dealing with conflict provides a reassuring support in what can be difficult situations for executives to navigate. Above all, Jane always elevates the process to ensure both parties seize the opportunity it offers to enhance and deepen work and personal relationships. It is always a pleasure to work with Jane.
