Luciano Traquandi

Professor of Human Resource Management and Management Consultant

For the past 10 years, Luciano Traquandi has worked in a multinational industrial environment with experience in Europe, the Middle East, the Far East and North America.

He teaches Unconventional Paradigms of Management at HEC, where he condenses his most advanced research.  Has has been adjunct professor in  Organisational Socio-Psychology at LIUC University (Italy) since 1994.  He also teaches Organisational Behaviour at MIP, the  Business School of Polytechnic of  Milan. He is visiting professor at Paris 2, Sorbonne Universités Group of Paris (The soft aspects of strategy). He is also a lecturer at CELSA, Sorbonne University.

Luciano started his career as an electronic design engineer at Telettra, Vimercate, where he was from 1978 to 1980. From 1980-1986 he worked in International Marketing and Management Training at SGS Thomson.

In 1986 he became Director of Foreign Trade Group for Uniprint where he remained until 1988. Following this Luciano co-founded Studio AALTO HI TOUCH CONSULTANTS with Patrizia Castellucci, a company which provides training and managerial development.
