Improvise your Communication: Unique and energising Masterclass

Your ability to keep the audience awake and entertained (notably after a gruelling previous day) was absolutely fantastic, and you managed to deliver the key business messages in a unique and memorable way.

Lever Faberge

Neil was great and a change from the norm – we need more sessions like “Having Better Conversations”. It was fun and reminded me of things I know I should know but sometimes forget. Neil’s session was hugely enjoyable and yes – I’m trying out some of the techniques already

Comic Relief Grants Team

I noticed I was much more alert than normal and the atmosphere was one of lively anticipation. Neil’s approach is different because he moves and flows with the audience – it’s more like a dance than a presentation.

The Encounter Business

Thank you for your lively and engaging sessions.
The participants were spellbound and the feedback has been really positive. I have personally seen many examples of real active listening, with people picking up the cues of others so obviously the learning has landed.”
