Nicola Hill is a highly experienced journalist, presenter and moderator who specialises in health, social care and wellbeing.
She was the health correspondent at Sky News for 13 years and presented the programme HealthWatch. She also worked at the BBC and Granada Television. She is now in demand as a commentator and analyst on a variety of TV programmes.
Nicola is an accomplished chairperson and facilitator of UK and international congresses. Her successful communications consultancy has been running courses on media, presentation and storytelling skills for 10 years, and has included teaching storytelling techniques to key executives and opinion leaders at Johnson and Johnson in Russia, at Nestle in Switzerland, and at Roche Pharmaceuticals in the UK.
Nicola Hill presents corporate films, webcasts and podcasts, moderates education workshops and media events. She has experience in training people from a wide and varied sector, including those in the pharmaceutical industry, world leaders attending the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, and Illy Coffee. She has chaired the UK’s all party Parliamentary group on Hepatitis C.
As someone who is aware of the importance of recognising cultural differences, Nicola has made documentaries in countries including Saudi Arabia (the first woman journalist to be able to do so) and Cuba (gaining permission from the late Fidel Castro).
