In recovering from her self-destructive lifestyle, Susan quickly realised that what she had was a “thinking” problem. Everything she believed to be true about herself and how to get along in the world was wrong and she needed to re-wire her thought processes. She embarked on a mission to learn everything she could about how to effectively interact with the world around her. What she didn’t know is that she was developing her emotional intelligence – the secret weapon for success.

It is emotional intelligence that took Susan from the streets to the boardroom, and it is the “red-thread” running through all of Susan’s speaking and training: how to become an effective leader; how to increase your success in sales; how to navigate through change; how to develop resilience, or how to deliver a powerful presentation.
